Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Golpo AI Comic Tales, including our website, app, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from your parent or guardian to use the Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

Accounts and Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

User Content

Creation and Ownership

Our Services allow you to create, upload, and share content, including stories, prompts, and generated comics ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with the Services and our business.

Content Restrictions

You agree not to create, upload, or share User Content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of any party
• Contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware
• Impersonates any person or entity or falsely states or misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity
• Contains personal or sensitive information about others without their consent
• Violates the privacy or publicity rights of any third party

Content Moderation

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We also reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to your account for any violation of these Terms.

AI-Generated Content

Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate comics based on your prompts and inputs. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always meet your expectations or requirements
• The content generated is based on the prompts provided and may be influenced by various factors
• We implement content filters to prevent the generation of inappropriate content, but these systems are not perfect
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing or sharing it

Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Prohibited Uses

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way
• To transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
