Her grandfather warned her of the Karim Jinn, a creature of smoke and shadow, bound by ancient pacts. But curiosity, that insatiable beast, had already taken root in her heart.

Unbeknownst to Aisha, her actions have awakened something sinister. The family cat, Mittens, a fluffy Persian, hisses at an unseen presence in the corner of the room.
